Dance/Movement Expressive Arts Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy provides fertile ground for building self-awareness, processing difficult thoughts or feelings, deepening human connections, and practicing new ways of being.

I'm a board-certified dance/movement psychotherapist and expressive arts psychotherapist using embodiment, creativity, and spirituality to incorporate all of you. Sessions will include things like dancing, expressive movement, authentic movement, breathwork, writing, meditation, yoga, energy work, or art-making.
I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in partnership with Journey Clinical. See the separate tab under "Psychotherapy" for more on that.

I have worked with all kinds of clients and currently work with adults only. I have a niche in working with clients who experienced some kind of relational trauma in childhood. This could be experiencing parental divorce, abandonment, emotional immaturity, neglect, or abuse. I specialize in using embodiment to create a more balanced nervous system and greater autonomy, healing, and effectiveness.

I accept some insurances in Massachusetts and New York. I otherwise take private pay.

Psychotherapy is a journey. There might be laughter; there could be tears. What I know is this: the journey is worth it.
